What time is check-in?

Check-in is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.

You are welcome to arrive any time after 2:00pm unless alternative arrangements have been made.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 10:00am.

Guests who have purchased our Late Check-Out Add-On may remain until 12:00 midday.

How do I find Tallowood Hill Farm?

Ignore GPS directions once you reach Orara Way.

Turn directly onto Shipmans Road from Orara Way (not Lurcocks Creek Road or Tallawudjah Creek Road).

Follow Shipmans Road for approximately 3.5km before turning right at the Tallowood Hill Farm sign.

Detailed arrival instructions will be sent via text message prior to your stay.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes.

Wi-Fi is available throughout most accommodation areas.

Login details will be provided prior to arrival and can also be found inside your accommodation.

Please note that internet speeds may be slower than those experienced in town due to our rural location.

Is there mobile phone reception?

Mobile phone coverage varies depending on your provider and location on the property.

Wi-Fi calling may assist where supported by your device.

What cooking facilities are available?

Each Tiny Cabin includes:

• Refrigerator

• Electric cooktop

• Microwave

• Kettle

• Toaster

• Pots, pans and cooking utensils

• Plates, bowls, cutlery and glassware

A shared BBQ area with utensils and a picnic table is also available for guest use.

Can I purchase fresh eggs?

Yes.

Our free-range eggs are available as an optional Farm Stay Add-On and can be ordered through our website prior to arrival.

Can I have a campfire?

Yes, campfires are permitted in designated fire pits when conditions allow.

Firewood bundles and our Fire Lit For You package can be purchased through our Tiny Cabin & Farm Stay Add-Ons page.

Campfires may be restricted during periods of high fire danger or Total Fire Bans.

Do I need to bring firewood?

No.

Firewood can be purchased as an optional add-on prior to arrival.

Our Fire Lit For You package includes a firewood bundle and your campfire prepared ready for you to enjoy.

Can I bring my horse?

Absolutely.

Horse yards, stables and indoor arena hire are available by prior arrangement.

Bookings can be made through our Tiny Cabin & Farm Stay Add-Ons page.

Are pets allowed?

Pets may be permitted by prior arrangement.

Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.

For the safety of livestock, wildlife and other guests, pets must remain under control at all times.

What do I do with my rubbish?

As rubbish collection services are not available on the farm, guests are kindly asked to take all rubbish and recycling with them upon departure unless a Rubbish Removal Add-On has been purchased.
