Tallowood Hill Farm, its owners, staff, and representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, or accident sustained by any person, horse, vehicle, or property while on the premises. By entering the property and using the arena or facilities, all riders and attendees acknowledge and accept these risks. ### Safety Requirements * Approved riding helmets must be worn at all times while mounted. * Riders under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult. * Horses must be appropriately trained and under effective control at all times. * All dogs must remain restrained. * Riders are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their horses.
